Step 1- Personal Invitations
Mass group invitations do not reap the best rewards and your invited guests will not make an asserted effort to attend IF you do not make an asserted effort to make them feel special with a personal invitation. Guaranteed!
Most all of my parties will begin inside a Facebook Group. But if we do not take the time to personally invite each person separately, the turn out and interaction will not be as beneficial. I recommend that the minute you book your party, you start “planting seeds”.
“Hey I am having a fun organizing and planner party with a brand new company that I fell in love with. My goal is to have TWELVE engaged guests, if I send you an invitation in a few days, weeks etc., will you be one of my twelve!”
Even send a “SAVE THE DATE” party notice via personal text!
Make everyone feel special by inviting them into the party group in one of the following ways:
- In a Personal Text Message with party link
- In a Personal FB Messenger with party link
- If using the “INVITE” button inside the group. Follow up with EVERY person with a personal message so they realize that THEY are special and their attendance is truly encouraged.
- And if hosting an in-home party, a mailed invitation is a great way to make everyone feel special and valued.

Step 2- Personal Reminder
You are busy, your friends are busy! Don’t forget to remind them! This is especially true if you started the invitation process early in advance of the party start date! We live in a very digital world with so many things competing for their time and attention. So don’t forget to remind them of our party start date and encourage that they accept the invitation. Encourage everyone to either turn their notifications on OR check the group each night for updates. Everything should be posted before 8:00 PM CST. (If they have trouble with knowing how to turn notifications on or finding the group- don’t forget I have the group linked for them on our Find Your Hostess page.
Step 3- Engage
We are partners in this party, but the one person in this partnership that your guests know, and love is YOU!
If you show up, they will show up.
I have or will send you an invitation to be an admin of the group which means you are capable of “GOING LIVE” should you feel comfortable doing so. If not, personal posts, tagging your guests and commenting and acknowledging all other posts with a “Like or Love” shows that you are engaged and encourages them to engage too!
Remember, not everyone has access to Facebook/YouTube or knows how to participate in a live online party. So be sure to share TulaXii with those that are unable to attend by using this website as a hostess resource AND encourage outside orders directly from here. This is even the case with Digital Parties. Some just want the shopping link and to be let go to do their own thing! This is my personality. I just want the invite, the reminder and the shopping link and I will do the rest. Many of your guests could be that way too.
So stay engaged and be communicating with your guests outside of the Facebook group, one-on-one if they are not showing up inside the group. Outside orders can be obtained in several ways when we take the time to personally invite, remind and engage our family, friends, and neighbors.
